- How to interpret the standard and practically apply those requirements in the participant’s    
  business operations
- The importance of the internal audit process to an effective quality management system
- Preparing an internal audit schedule
- Preparing for an internal audit
- Carrying out and effective internal audit
- Reporting the findings of an internal audit
